Job Description:

The Dealer Direct Rep National Account Fulfillment will support partnerships, manage the sales process and administration of National Account Sales. They will be the touchpoint for all national account support including arbitrations, title inquiries, and transportation inquiries. They will also be involved in reporting and analytics for our national account partners.

Salary $50,000.00

The Dealer Direct Rep National Account Fulfillment is a critical position in the success of the Company and takes on responsibility of all analytical reporting for the account as well as project managing any initiatives that are rolled out. Must have hustle, be entrepreneurial, results driven, and ability to focus on actionable data.

  • Partner with existing accounts to maintain our relationships, provide continual support of their purchasing needs and communicate new/existing products, services and programs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and carry out sale initiatives to increase sales.
  • Strategize internally by communicating opportunities, challenges and market trends affecting assigned accounts.
  • Report on activity and provide documentation relevant to account administration.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)

Professional Experience:

5-8 Years related management experience

3-5 Years prior experience in Account Sales/Management

Experience in car rental/sale,

Knowledge:

  • Financial and business acumen

  • Analysis and report modeling understanding

Skills:

  • Highly organized.

  • Customer service aptitude - Ability to address and resolve customer service issues
