JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Delivery Specialist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include explaining vehicle technology to customers, assisting them in downloading phone apps, greeting customers, and following up with customers about their experience. Evenings and weekends a must! Bilingual a plus! - Review vehicle technology features with new customers
- Capture images and post on social media
- Show customers how to leave online reviews
- Customer phone follow up
- Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
- Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
