**Vending & Delivery Operative**
The key purpose of this role is to deliver wow customer service through the efficient and effective delivery of equipment and water supplies, and the maintenance of coffee and vending machines as required.
The individual will also, on occasion, sanitise water coolers, change filters and complete ad hoc preventative maintenance as required. The individual will also be required to train customers on machine usage and ongoing maintenance.
Key aspects of the role:
* The delivery of exceptional customer service though the delivery of products
* ?Carry out a broad range of preventative maintenance tasks, making sure all equipment is left in a good working order, with customers briefed on the issue.
* Keep in good working order all tools, equipment and vehicles supplied by the company, reporting any faults, breakages or equipment failures to your line manager daily / as required
* Comply with all on-site arrival procedures, making contact with the customer and professionally introducing yourself.
* To complete maintenance as required, ensuring customers are briefed on system use prior to leaving site
* Complete all necessary on-line job sheets, time sheets and supporting documentation as required, ensuring it is reviewed and completed prior to leaving premises, to validate client satisfaction.
* Provide agreed spare parts stocks via Eagle App to ensure that parts are invoiced to the customer, deducted from stock and replenished to maintain your vehicle stock inventory.
* Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, bringing any risks to the attention of the company management.
Skills & Knowledge required:
* Customer Service Skills- Ability to resolve difficult customer situations and to develop an understanding of customer needs and requirements
* ?An in-depth knowledge and passion to assist with the delivery of brilliant products and services for our customers
* Proactive approach to problem solving
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to make difficult decisions- use of initiative in decision making process
* Understanding of locations and road networks
Knowledge of Bean to Cup, Billi systems, electronics, POU coolers, plumbing, vending machines, filtration, barista/coffee quality, installation would be an advantage.
