Position Overview:The Vendor Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with procurement procedures. This role collaborates with internal and external business partners to aid with vendor oversight. This role regularly communicates and works closely with the Vendor Analysts and the VP of Procurement & Vendor Management, overseeing the Procurement inbox and performing vendor risk analysis.
Job Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
- Maintain CCM's vendor contract database.
- Maintain and formally distribute dashboards and reports across key stakeholders.
- Perform vendor due diligence and risk analysis.
- Oversee the Procurement inbox and assign emails as necessary to the Procurement Team.
- Develop and maintain vendor related documentation.
- Perform periodic reviews of vendor performance and monitor vendor performance improvement plans.
- Maintain company's approved vendor list.
- Support the Vendor Analysts and VP of Procurement & Vendor Management.
- Participate in other projects as required.
Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Knowledge of fundamental vendor management.
- Knowledge of vendor service level agreements, key performance indicators, and risk management techniques.
- Effective planning, organizational, prioritization and project management skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the Mortgage industry a plus.
