The primary focus of the Master Data Specialist is to support operations and ensure data integrity within the organization while adhering to master data management guidelines. This individual will perform and maintain Supplier, Customer, and General Ledger account master data records in Microsoft Navision/Oracle, including updates and various other activities for sites serviced by the Shared Services team in Troy, MI. Apply today for immediate consideration!\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\tCreate, update, and maintain master data records in ERP systems timely and accurately\n\tEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems and databases\n\tEnforce Master Data Management governance policies, procedures, and standards\n\tComplete regular data reconciliations to identify and correct discrepancies\n\tWork closely with IT, business units, and project teams to understand data requirements, drive standardization across Shared Services by optimizing processes and implementing best practices\n\tEnsure thorough documentation of key tasks and processes\n\tEnsure all required SOX controls are followed throughout the end-to-end process and support internal/external audits\n\tSupport the implementation and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud master data management modules\n\tSupport ad hoc requests from various teams, along with other master data roles, when required\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n\tBachelor's degree in Data Management, Business Administration, or any related field\n\t3-5 years of experience in Vendor Maintenance/Master Data Management or related fields\n\tFamiliarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards\n\tAbility to multi-task, well-organized and a self-starter\n\tDetail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable \n\tProficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills\n\tAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writing\n\tMicrosoft Office skills with particular emphasis on demonstrated proficiency in Excel\n\tExperience with ERP systems (particularly Microsoft Navision and Oracle) is a plus\n\tExperience with Master Data and the Shared Service Environment is a plus\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
