Job DescriptionA leading construction services company is seeking a Vendor Maintenance Specialist to oversee vendor records and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills and experience in vendor management. Communicating effectively, the new team member will enhance operational efficiency by verifying vendor details, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with insurance and purchase category requirements. Verify vendors are under correct Type and Purchase Category in Premier. COI - Certificate of Insurance needed for all subcontractors, if not requesting from vendor.
