Job Description:
OverviewThe primary responsibility of the Vendor Service Clerk is to aid the Vendor Services Team by processing common and or systemic repairs. This position reports to the Vendor Services Manager.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for addressing all incoming emails for the assigned Vendor Services Team.Opens Repair Orders to start the repair process.Assigns Purchase Order numbers for high volume and low cost repairs.Email and Phone duties include answering vendor requests and repair follow up.Works with Operations to handle all repairs in a timely manner.Follow up on repairs in process.Receives invoices and PM sheets and attaches them to the R.O.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh School Degree or GED requiredExcel, Word KnowledgeComputer Data Entry SkillsLimited Mechanical AptitudeKnowledge of VMRS is a PlusEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
