MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we've come a long way since. Today we're a 400 + strong team (we're thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes - from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair. Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you'll find us in Boston, MA Denver, CO, and East Providence, RIWe're making new and exciting things - and we could really do with your help. As a Vendor Specialist,you will be the pivotal link between MOO and our third-party customization partners. Your expertise will guide the management of vendor performance and foster robust partnerships. You will oversee the onboarding of innovative products and streamline efficiency, actively enhancing our operational processes and product range.The successful candidate will manage day-to-day partner performance as well as key initiatives and new product development efforts. Accountable for delivering the artwork requirements, pre & post production operations services to both internal stakeholders and third party partners , as well as the associated programs of change in line with the onboarding strategy including driving the physical and digital pack agenda. The successful candidate must be efficient and highly organized to manage multiple projects, develop collaborative internal and external partner relationships as well as work independently while meeting expected deadlines. The role will have accountability for integration into MOO's systems, with all third party partners sites to ensure partners are onboarded for scalability.Each customer is special to us and each order is unique - we want to drive our growth through fantastic customer service supported by our back office. We are currently operating with a series of partners that have limited capacity (namely, due to their size or their existing integration). Our stock management and partner monitoring are also relatively immature in monitoring performance and managing stock levels across a distributed partner network. As we plan to increase in volume over time we must prepare and mitigate potential disruptive issues as we handle limited capacity and increased lead times. We need to plan for the scaling of our network in line with proposed sales growth timelines in order to be sustainable.The person we appoint to this role will be an effective communicator, enthusiastic, imaginative, optimistic and keen to work as part of a team. The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with partners is critical, as is the ability to master new softwares on the flyWith a good knowledge of PDF files you will work closely with our customer service team and our suppliers ensuring orders are completed promptly and optimally for highly efficient, next level production.Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in MOO to implement and optimize outsourcing and partner performance
    • Develop organizational capability that optimizes end to end order performance from onboarding partners through the delivery of the order
    • Oversee the partner performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards
    • Manage the introduction of new custom products, collaborating with tech, quality, manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams
    • Drive efficiency improvements across the partner lifecycle, from onboarding to fulfillment
    • Responsible for the order fulfillment from receipt of the orders to delivery to the end customers
    • Responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with partners, maintaining our vendors portfolio, researching and identifying new partners offering quality products and services
    • Developing and implementing partner performance standards and suggesting improvements
    • Acting as an intermediary between partners and stakeholders
    • Coordinating all partner management activities and processes ensuring orders are dispatched on time and without quality errors
    • Collaborate with Global Operations, Quality, Supply, Procurement teams to develop, deploy and ensure compliance to sound operational best practices
    • Set up vendor scorecards in line with SLA and contracts and carry out MBR & QBR
    • Travel to visit our Vendors
About You
    • Strong customer service skills

    • Strong analytical skills, capable of leveraging data to inform decision-making and process enhancements
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex workflows and policies
    • Ability to master new software quickly
    • Good critical thinking skills - your ability to effectively communicate workflow processes and policies with vendors will be an added advantage
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Quick decision making and problem-solving skills
    • Good understanding of KPIs and SLAs
