As a Certified Nursing Assistant on the Respiratory Care Unit at Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, you will care for patients with ALS, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Ventilator Dependency. Shifts Currently Available: 7:00a - 3:00pm / 3:00pm - 11:00pm (combo shift) 7:00p - 7:00a This role is eligible for a retention bonus of up to $2,000.00Pay Range (depending on experience): Vent CNA: $20.00- $23.90/hr ($.50 - $5.00/hr shift differential) Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, vital sign monitoring, patient communication, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification and 1 year experience required. Must have compassion, communication skills, follow care plans, assist with mobility, and adhere to medication schedules.
