Duties include the processing of prize claims and prize payments, including the calculation and withholding of applicable federal and state taxes, providing customer service excellence to internal and external customers and agents, explaining lottery rules, procedures and statutes, and dealing with irate claimants and agents.Work is performed under the direction of the VT Lottery Customer Service Supervisor.Who May ApplyThis position, Vermont Lottery Customer Service Specialist (Job Requisition #51508), is open to all State employees and external applicants.Resumes will not be accepted via e-mail.
