Job Description:

Kelly Government Solutions is a strategic supplier and business partner to the federal government and its key suppliers. Kelly Government Solutions is seeking Physician (MD or DO), Physician Assistants (PA), or Nurse Practitioners (NP) to conduct one-time veteran disability assessments for Veterans in the following locations:

  • Fargo - Office not required. Must have LLC or other business entity.

Fill gaps in your office/current schedule or utilize our offices and see patients on a per diem basis.

Schedule: 2-5 days per week commitment at least 2 weeks per month; Availability M-F between 8:00am - 5:00pm

Patient Load: Based on your availability and type of exam.

Pay: Paid on a 1099 basis. Per-Service model.

Veterans are in need of assistance to complete their Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams, and we are searching for healthcare providers looking to supplement your income while gaining valuable insight into military culture. You will be conducting disability assessments. Office space provided or you can see patients in your office, filling in gaps in your schedule. This is a meaningful opportunity to help veterans receive the benefits they've earned while enriching your own practice.

This is an independent contractor 1099 position which offers:

  • Supplemental to full-time income: Earn extra revenue without taking on additional clinical shifts or compromising your current patient load. This opportunity is ideal for providers looking to add to their existing income streams. Full-time roles available.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct disability assessments, review health histories, and complete detailed reports that assist veterans in navigating the benefits process.
  • Understand and document the impact of service-related conditions such as PTSD, chronic pain, or combat-related injuries, all while gaining insights that enhance your own practice.

Qualifications:

  • An active US state license in good standing and free of significant sanctions or malpractice claims
  • Active Malpractice Insurance
  • LLC or other Business entity or willingness to obtain
