Summary: Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a dedicated and energetic Veteran Resources Specialist to provide case management services to veteran families. The Veteran Resources Specialist position plays a vital role in providing case management services to veterans who are at risk of becoming homeless. In this role, the Veteran Resources Specialist will serve veteran families from Jackson to the MS Gulf Coast, with families from the Pine Belt Mental Health service area being the primary focus. The base office will be located at the Biloxi satellite office.

Through an extensive continuum of care, we strive to enable adults with serious mental illnesses, children with serious emotional disturbances, and individuals with an addiction or developmental disability to live, work, learn, and participate fully in their communities. Responsibilities: Responsible for assessing, collaborative goal setting and service planning, brokering and coordinating supports, follow-up, and other activities necessary to assist with the achievement of permanent housing. Documents all services provided in electronic medical records by using collaborative documentation.
