The District Manager leads sales teams, ensures customer satisfaction, enforces safety standards, manages inquiries, maintains product knowledge, and upholds company policies. - Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience.
- 7+ years in welding and/or sales, preferably both.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, adept at managing personnel.
- 3+ years of successful sales team management with growth.
- Track record of achieving double-digit annual sales growth.
- Skilled in data entry and order extraction.
- Strong verbal and written communication, self-motivation, organizational skills.
- Analytical and financial reporting abilities.
- Effective prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Moderate to excellent public speaking capabilities.
