Our Central Region States Thrive Pet Healthcares Central Region includes the following States: Texas Oklahoma Kansas Nebraska Missouri Arkansas Louisiana Illinois Wisconsin Indiana Michigan Ohio Position Requirements All Relief Veterinarian positions require the following minimum qualifications: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) degree. State Veterinary Board License: Active and in good standing for the state of intended employment Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligibility. Emergency relief positions require: Experience in emergency medicine and/or the successful completion of a small animal rotating or emergency internship.
