Our team is experienced in a wide range of veterinary care, from traditional health services, to emergency care, and assisting the efforts of rescue organizations. Our practice is designed to assist in all aspects of preventative care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of issues in aging pets, and complete surgical intervention as necessary during their lifetime. We offer a variety of advanced diagnostics for our patients including digital radiographs, dental procedures and in house lab work. We also partner with outside laboratories and surgical specialists to assist in providing any advanced care a patient may need. It is our primary goal to practice the highest quality medicine and surgical care with an emphasis on compassion, client education and affordability. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Checks patient medical records for past histories, enters in computer and files.
  • Takes medical histories and vital signs of patients.*
  • Maintains client educational material in an efficient manner.*
  • Performs departmental housekeeping duties.*
  • Admits and discharges patients.*
  • Takes, processes and logs prescription refills in-house, call out pharmacy and online pharmacy.*
  • Monitoring hospital patients and logging vital signs.*
  • Administering medications to patients as needed.*
  • Restraining and assisting the doctor during exams, treatments, and anesthesia procedures.*
  • Other duties as assigned.
