What Youll Do:Culture:

- Support the training and onboarding of new team members, helping them feel part of the team from day one.
- Contribute ideas for improving efficiency, productivity, and overall well-being within the hospital.
- Deliver excellent client care that reflects our values of accessibility and individualized attention.
Community:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist clients with check-ins, scheduling appointments, and follow-up care.
- Collect patient vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information to ensure top-quality care
- Safely restrain pets during exams and procedures, providing them with comfort and calm.
- Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by the veterinarian.
- Observe and report any changes in animal behavior or health conditions to the medical team.
- Assist in emergency cases when necessary, offering critical support during high-stress situations.
- Keep accurate and thorough medical records for all patients.
Collaboration:
- Share your input to help improve processes, patient care, and team dynamics.
- Support safety and quality initiatives within the hospital to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Triage emergency cases, ensuring pets and clients are kept at ease during stressful moments.
- Ensure that patient records are up-to-date, including immunizations, diagnostics, and preventive care.
- Keep the hospital clean, including sterilizing equipment, cleaning kennels, and preparing exam rooms.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 13 years of veterinary experience preferred.
