Full-Time Veterinary Assistant to join our team! Our team of veterinary professionals are dedicated to providing top-notch care for the pets in Louisville and the surrounding areas. Our state-of-the-art facility offers innovative diagnostics and equipment, allowing opportunities to enhance your medical knowledge and further develop your skills as a veterinary professional. What You'll Do:- Assist veterinarians and technicians in providing medical treatments, diagnostics, and procedures
- Safely handle and restrain animals during examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and assist with client communication
- Provide compassionate care and support to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment and patient areas
- Continually advance your knowledge base and skill set
What We're Looking For: - 2 years of professional experience in a veterinary clinical setting (CSR, kennel attendant, vet assistant, other), preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent patient care
- Ability to work well in a team and handle stressful situations in a calm manner
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
