Every weekend, our teams travel to partner stores like PetSmart, PetSense, and CVS alongside our veterinarians to provide essential vaccinations and care for pets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Animal Care and Handling: Learn and practice proper techniques for restraining dogs and cats during vaccinations and procedures.
  • Medical Assistance: Assist with drawing up vaccines, conducting tests, and handling prescription medications under veterinary supervision.
  • Pet Parent Education: Educate pet parents on the importance of wellness care, including selecting appropriate vaccines and flea/tick products.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer care, ensuring pet parents feel informed and confident in their pet's healthcare choices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinarians and other team members to deliver high-quality care and service.
  • Travel and Weekend Work: Travel in company vehicles to various locations, requiring availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Most hours are scheduled on weekends.
Qualifications:
  • Passion for Animals: Genuine love for dogs and cats, demonstrated through compassionate care and interaction.
  • Dependability: Punctuality and reliability are crucial, as our operations depend on timely departures.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance (scrub tops provided) and demeanor at all times.

  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for driving company vehicles.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within surrounding towns and states as part of the job.
  • Weekend Availability: Ability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as required. Travel is mandatory for the role.
