Job Description: Veterinary Customer Service Representative/Reception Location: Newington, CT, 06111 Skills: Customer Service Representative We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team at the Newington Veterinary Clinic as a Veterinary Customer Service Representative/Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a passion for working with animals. This is a part time position with 2 8 hour days (no evenings) and some Saturday mornings required. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with client inquiries and provide information about our services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with patient care as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in veterinary customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for working with animals
- Good computer skills
