About You:

• DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US.
• Florida State Veterinary License (or ability to obtain).
• You bring at least 4+ years of experience in general practice or surgery.
• Leadership experience is a plus, but most importantly, you are dedicated to fostering a united and progressive culture.
• Committed to practicing high clinical standards and delivering compassionate care.
• Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, energy, and enthusiasm for mentoring.
