Veterinary Receptionist to Join Our Team!
We are located in scenic, downtown Plymouth, MI on W. Ann Arbor Trail. We are here to serve you, your pets and the local community and have been doing so for the past 20 years. The health and well-being of your animals is of the utmost importance to our entire staff. Caring for your dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and other small pets is what we are here to do. Our goal is to continue to provide high-quality veterinary medicine combined with individualized client education, professional communication, respect, and a healing environment.

Shift Details: This is a full-time position (30+ hours/week).
Pay Range: $15.00 - 18.00/hour (based on experience)
What We Are Looking For: We are seeking candidates with veterinary experience but are willing to train the right person. Our hospital, which is pursuing AAHA accreditation, fosters a culture of learning and support. We have two doctors who treat exotic pets as well as dogs and cats. Job Summary: The Receptionist is the first and last contact that a client will have with the hospital and a key to creating first and lasting impressions. The Receptionist must have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, ability to handle payment and financial issues, ability to multi-task, a friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations. The Receptionist will support veterinarians, technicians, veterinary assistants, groomers and kennel staff in daily patient and client care.
