Job Description
We are looking to add friendly and personable people to our wonderful veterinary receptionist team! This is a full-time positon, 32 to 40 hours per week and you must have open availability, including Holidays and weekends. Minimum of 12 months job-related experience is also required. Job Responsibilties:
* Greeting, Checking-in, and Checking-Out Clients
* Answering a Multi-line phone system
* Entering charges, invoicing clients, and accepting payments
* Scheduling appointments
* Taking messages for doctors and staff
* Relaying information clearly and in a courteous tone to clients and staff
* Responding to email
* Attaching reports and records to patient file
* Responsible for opening and closing the building
* Responsible for settling the financials
* Cleaning: sweeping, mopping, trash, washing windows, bathroom cleaning, etc.
* Traige appointments
* Multi- tasking
* Must have a passion for helping animals and clients
* Must be able to handle a fast paced enviroment
