We offer services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients including Urgent Care, Emergency & Critical Care, X-Ray, Ultrasound, Full In-House Laboratory, and In-House Pharmacy.People often comment on the friendliness of Blue Ridge residents. Community events are well-attended, and there are many ways to get involved through various volunteer organizations and nonprofits.Job DutiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception areaGreet and welcome clients and patientsAnswer questions and triage client concernsAnswer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolutionSchedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flowCheck in and check out clients and process paymentsOffer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of needMust be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises.
