Job Description:
The Client Executive Account Manager is a strategic professional responsible for a defined portfolio of clients who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application within their own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.Responsibilities:Own and orchestrate all aspects of depositary receipts relationship for a defined portfolio of clientsDevelop and maintain strong relationships at key accounts with key decision makers, influencers and budget approvers, including executive sponsorsAnalyze and understand the client relationship and revenue profile; develop a client plan for client retention and monetizationConduct account planning; monitor clients being aware of key renewal datesTake ownership and be accountable for ensuring client growth and satisfaction, as measured by renewal growth, successful management of corporate actions and other key depositary receipt related eventsIdentify opportunities for further development with key clients Negotiate commercial terms with clientsCollaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues to build a best-in-class customer experience with the goal of making every customer a promoter of our productsBuild and maintain a strong knowledge of the product suite, stay abreast of market developmentsFacilitate and co-ordinate all corporate actions such as dividend coordination, proxy/AGM coordination, execution of the employee option plan arrangement etc.Support clients investor relations activities to enhance visibility to institutional investors and liquidity of client programsMaintain a strong control environment on aspects related to client servicingIdentify opportunities to make processes more efficientSupport sales organization in winning new business; participate in pitches as neededParticipate in ad-hoc special projects related to portfolio managementProvide analytic support for the portfolio of ADR issuers across regions.
