We're looking for highly personable, passionate, and innovative marketers to join our team!What This Job is About: This highly visible position requires a high level of leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise to ensure the successful delivery of world-class experiential marketing campaigns, fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. The selected individual must draw upon a high level of industry knowledge and experience, having the expertise to grow organically with our current partners and to identify new business opportunities. The VP will serve as a liaison between the Senior Leadership Team, and the Account Services department, ensuring that we continue with forward momentum, delivering exceptional experiences to our clients and developing our staff. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a successful record of developing and executing experiential marketing campaigns, building relationships with clients, partnering with internal staff, and having the leadership ability to facilitate a working relationship with all the various departments involved in each program. The VP is responsible for managing the success and growth of the Partner Services department including: Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute strategies for managing and growing one of RedPeg's most significant client accounts.
  • Align the account's goals with the overall agency objectives and vision.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, offering insights to enhance client offerings and support RedPeg's growth.
Client and Partner Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong relationships at all levels.
  • Understand client needs, proactively offering solutions and delivering measurable results.
  • Lead the negotiation and management of contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee the execution of all client projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Implement KPIs to track performance and improve operational efficiencies across client programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Creative, and Venues and Sponsorship, to ensure seamless program execution.
Business Development
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth within the client's business portfolio, introducing innovative marketing solutions.
  • Support the creation and presentation of proposals to clients, ensuring strategic alignment and quality execution.
  • Drive revenue and profitability growth across the assigned client portfolio.
Financial Oversight
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring profitability and margin optimization.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to forecast, track, and report financial performance.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Oversee goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development for team members.
  • Attract, retain, and develop top talent to maintain a high-performing team.
Organizational Contributions
  • Support the agency's culture by aligning work with RedPeg's vision, values, and strategic priorities.
  • Ensure proper structures and processes are in place for day-to-day operations and team success.
  • Represent the agency in key client and industry engagements, traveling as needed.
What You're All About:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related field; additional Master's Degree in said fields preferred
  • 12+ years of relevant marketing with an agency and/or notable brand required
  • Proven track record of success in client services, account management, business development, and operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large client portfolios.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Deep understanding of the experiential marketing landscape, including event production, venue management, sponsorship, and experiential digital UX design.
  • Proficient in data analysis with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong at balancing long-term growth with short-term needs
  • Proven ability to work across silos and to unifying departments
  • A track record of delivering exceptional client experience and of managing and scaling high-performance teams
  • A growth mindset, including looking outside of won experiences for ideas and inspiration
