- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and define model requirements for AI/ML solutions
- Apply AI/ML and LLM techniques to design and develop models for use across business lines and corporate functions
- Work with data science and technology teams to deploy and scale models in production
- Understand data life cycles and collaborate with various teams to build scalable, automated solutions
- Present modeling results to business and technical stakeholders through written, visual, and oral communication
- Stay updated with the latest research in LLM, ML, and data science, and leverage emerging techniques
- Drive execution and delivery of innovative AI products to accelerate value realizationRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- 8 years of hands-on experience implementing AI models in financial services, data/technology, or related industry
- Strong technical background with expertise in data quality, data management, and data contracts
- Knowledge of data mesh architecture and data product concepts
- Deep domain expertise in clients, products, services, and data applications
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate business needs to technical leadership and vice versaPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proficiency in data management tools
- Familiarity with data governance and regulatory requirements (e.g., BCBS 239, GDPR, CCPA)
- Strong product management and project management skills
