We're seeking a future team member in the role of Enterprise Business Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Business Architect with expertise in business architecture, strategic planning, and enterprise transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process modeling, enterprise architecture frameworks, and stakeholder management. The primary focus of this role is to align business strategies with IT capabilities, ensuring that the organization's goals are effectively supported by its technology landscape.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Develop and maintain business architecture models that reflect the organization's strategies and goals.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
  • Conduct assessments of current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Provide guidance and support for enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring that changes are aligned with the overall business architecture.
  • Utilize enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar to guide the development and implementation of business architecture.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT professionals, and other stakeholders, to ensure a shared understanding of business architecture principles and practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in enterprise business architecture, bringing new ideas and innovative approaches to the organization.
  • Ability to perform data analytics.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in business architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing business architecture models and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Python, Alteryx or similar data analytics development environments.
