Key Responsibilities:

+ Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the business development strategy in alignment with corporate objectives. Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential partners for growth opportunities.

+ Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new business prospects. Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

+ Client and Partner Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships in line with company objectives.

+ Business Development Activities: Oversee the development and execution of business proposals, presentations, and contracts. Lead negotiations to secure new business deals and partnerships.

+ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other senior leaders to ensure cohesive strategic execution. Provide market and client feedback to internal teams to optimize processes and approaches.

+ Performance Management and Reporting Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports to leadership.

+ Networking and Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.

+ Six years of experience in a similar role required.

+ Masters in Business Administration or an advanced degree preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

+ Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

+ Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

+ Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

+ Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.

+ Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Supervisory Requirements:

+ Communicate the strategic direction of the organization and encourage participation by all team members.

+ Provide leadership and guidance to all aspects of the department.

+ Monitor the identification, development, and execution of strategic objectives.

+ Effectively communicate changes and noteworthy events within the department to team members.

+ Handle difficult situations with discretion and respect, using HR guidance as needed.

+ Champion change and manage the implementation of new ideas.

+ Reinforce a team approach across functions and solicit input from all team members.

+ Maintain confidentiality of business information, including Protected Health Information (PHI), as required by HIPAA and company policy.
