In this role, you'll set the foundation for the bank's treasury services, with a clear pathway to becoming the Head of Treasury and leading the department in just a few years.

• Sales and Relationship Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or treasury management.

• Proven Leadership: The ability to build trust and foster teamwork while driving results.
• Education and Skills: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field (an MBA is a plus), along with proficiency in cash management systems.

• Base Salary: $100,000 to $125,000
• Bonuses: Total annual compensation, including bonuses, ranges from $132,600 to $157,600.
