BerlinRosen's Cities practice comprises over 70 communications professionals who bring a unique campaign-style approach to strategic communications. ABOUT THIS ROLE
BerlinRosen is seeking an experienced communications strategist to join us in San Francisco as a Vice President. In this role, you will counsel clients through comprehensive communications strategies that advance client goals and actively engage in business development. As a core leader of the team, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate thoughtfulness in creating a collaborative culture and have expertise on team capacity planning and business development.
Role location: This role is based in San Francisco, C.A. on Pacific Time.

Compensation philosophy: BerlinRosen offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.
Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $130,000-$150,000
Vice Presidents are eligible for end of year bonuses based on firm, team and individual performance.
