Vice President, Client Relationship Management Proxy Solutions

Lead and develop a team of client-facing professionals to manage successful proxy campaigns and act as consultative partners to our clients. Act as the primary contact for all campaign-related activities for major accounts. Participate in campaign planning and strategy. Monitor campaign results and proactively work with the client and data strategy team to adapt the campaign strategy as needed to reach quorum. Oversee sales enablement activities including training, proposal assistance, RFPs, and exploratory client conversations. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to recommend the best success path for proxy events. Define go-to-market strategies and identify new product opportunities. Stay informed and responsive to proposed and finalized regulatory changes. Serve as an industry thought leader, participating in panels, and enhancing Broadridges reputation. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
