Responsibilities
Societe Generale's CLO and Lender Finance Desk is actively looking for a Vice President to join the team in our New York office to help support all aspects of the Desk's activities.
The Candidate would be part of a dynamic team responsible forthe structuring, origination and syndication of all CLO, financing and other credit products.The Candidate will have a leading role in the structuring/modeling/executing of new issue BSL and Private Credit CLO transactions and other credit products managed by the Desk.
The Candidate will work with a team of experienced CLO and structured credit professionals and will have extensive exposure within the bank and with the Desk's clients.
In addition to the usual Desk responsibilities expected of a Vice President, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

COMPENSATION & SALARY RANGE:Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
