The VP of Strategy and Enablement for Communications will work closely with the SVP, Head of Communications to create a scalable approach to delivering a fully integrated, global communications strategy that creates marketplace distinction, accelerates ambassadorship, and drives business growth.This role is perfect for the analytical thinker and operational doer who can flex across initiatives and build effective bridges/alignment through strong partnerships, decision-making, and communication. The best candidate for this role must have a strong communications background and excellent business acumen combined with expertise in driving outcomes across a variety of communications functions.You will be responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives forward for the Global Communications Center of Excellence. You will utilize your exceptional people and communication capabilities to work collaboratively with communicators and marketers across the enterprise and provide a proactive, hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving, quantitative expertise, and comfort addressing ambiguous questions.You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.Collaborate with Communications and Global Brand leadership to shape and drive our 18-month communications plan and strategic initiatives, facilitating complex cross-functional alignment through thoughtful planning and stakeholder collaborationDirect the Global Communications meeting cadence to ensure communications teams are continuously planning, collaborating and delivering on critical milestones.Drive continuous improvement activities to ensure communication processes and tools are optimized and aligned to achieve the best possible resultsDevelop communications dashboards and reports to demonstrate value, optimize performance and measure impact in partnership with the Marketing Ops & Analytics teamPlan and direct administrative, financial, and operational activities for communications team.Advise leaders and teams in ways to champion agility across the enterprise and drive culture/employee engagement excellenceCultivate a top talent experience for communicators at all levels with an emphasis on managing communications enablement programs including: training and development, onboarding, and other strategic initiativesWhat you will need to have:12+ years of experience in marketing functions specifically in marketing operationsBachelor's degree required (marketing, business, or other related field)Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, including some weekendsWhat would be great to have:MBA or master's degreeExperience as a Chief of Staff or a leader of Marketing/Communication Operations and/or Marketing/ Communications Enablement preferredExperience managing direct reports and managing teams through influenceThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
