Summary:

Prestigious investment management firm seeks a VP to oversee all aspects of ETF fund administration and investment operations including regulatory reporting, financial reporting, and third-party oversight of service providers for exchange-traded funds (ETFs). This is a new business line and the VP will be instrumental in building the platforms and working with senior level management.

Requirements:

• Around 10+ years of direct ETF servicing experience as well as ETF accounting and administration.
• Excellent understanding of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and Regulation S/X and Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
• Solid understanding of various investments and derivative products including valuation.
• Strong writing, technical, analytical and interpersonal skills.
