The Head of GlobalCommercial Excellence will providestrategic leadership and design of the new organization. This position can bebased in the US, Canada or Europe. The leader of this organization will havethe opportunity and expectation to build a team of approximately 4-6 directreports and supporting team members that will lead the key activities below.Your role:Lead the design, development, implementation andongoing operation of a comprehensive commercial excellence team, includingtalents, structures and processes, to support the Global Point of Care CommercialOrganizationDiscern, advise and support downstream execution ofthe global commercial strategy and vision by working with our key markets onactionable tactics to ensure accelerated business growth and revenueGuide and oversee the legacy Global Training team dedicated to deliveringoptimal training for all levels of sales and marketing personnel focused on:leadership, account planning, solutions selling, informatics proficiencies,launch excellence, basic through advanced selling skills and certifications,contracts / tenders negotiation, and all marketing competenciesCreate and maintain the appropriate dashboards that would allow fordata-driven-decision making throughout the organization. Incorporate POCCommand Center synergies as neededDrive the creation of advanced analytics and reporting tools to enhance theability to identify trends and insights to optimize sales performance. Translate findings into recommendations forsales strategies and tactics focused on key customers, markets and productsopportunitiesOptimize CRM / Shareville utility, allowing us to plan, track and actioncustomer engagement as well as account and sales personnel performance status. Initiate review of Shareville improvementsand rolling out mobile app enablement for CRM and other sales data tools.Monitor and manage with commercial teams as needed: “Go Lives”, productinstallations, customer complaints, customer service quality / impact /timelinessLead construction and delivery of monthly Executive / Board Level report outsand presentations as well as Quarterly Business Reviews with the key country /region teamsCapture and discern customer feedback and insights regarding Experience,Products, Software, Sales, Service and Informatics in conjunction withmarketing in monthly process and cadence that generate recommendations forimprovements and prioritizationsWork in conjunction with marketing to obtain customer and competitorsurveillance in real-time process; provide report with assessment, strategicimpacts and recommendations to optimize SHS POC growth and retentionOversee and manage databases and trackers for customerlevel `contracts and tenders to insure optimal customer fulfillment, financialachievement and visibility in real time for global POC organization. Work collaboratively with required teams tomanage compliance, legal review / approval and price integrity. Provide deal construction, facilitation andexecution support as neededPartner with marketing and finance to optimize pricingand reimbursement aspects of all current and launching POC productsCollaborate with sales, finance and supply chain on funnel management andfinancial/volume forecasting including use of Kinaxis, IBP and other requiredSHS finance and supply chain tools and processesEstablish and implement the quotas, variable compensation and incentive plansthat align with the company goals, drive increased sales performance andmotivation, are are clear, simple, accurate, timely and fair; thereforeinspiring and catalyzing all sales teammates.Collaborate with other SHS functions and departments (eg., IT, Finance, SCM,ES, Marketing) to monitor and refine various projects, sales plans andforecasts to ensure alignment with the strategic objectives and operationalefficiency for POCActively monitor all aspects of Informatics Atellica Connect launch inpartnership with other stakeholders and team.Establish tracking and reporting framework, methodology and process thatcaptures and retains all contract, product, installation, upgrade, service andfinance aspects at the customer level for each and all POC INF portfolioofferingsCollaborate with training, sales, marketing and other teams to drive, monitorand support all product launches and new marketing strategic initiativesDrive a collaborative, supportive and friendly culture throughout theorganization by eliminating barriers and silos. Foster continuous dialogue andstrong relationships with the global sales leaders / teams to discuss andpartner regarding market trends, sales performance, KPI status, operations,analytics administrative and reporting issues, product launches and allmarketing interfacesEstablish commercial PMO team to focus on leading and managing essential,complex projects and process improvements impacting POC commercial strategy,marketing and sales performance, operations and administration. Continue to provide PMO in support of ongoingIndirect Countries Transformation until transition fully completed and servicesno longer required.Your expertise:Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadershipexperience in the diagnostic, medical technology, or point of care industry,with a proven track record of driving Business or Commercial Excellence bestpractices and achieving targeted goals.Experience managing direct reports required.
