Your primary responsibility will be to lead global sales and achieve growth targets for CPI's diverse product portfolio, including payment systems, vending machines, connected services, and aftermarket parts. This role calls for a strategic, results-oriented leader who can drive market share growth, enhance the customer experience, and nurture a high-performing sales organization.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Leadership
  • Develop and implement global sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth and profitability targets across existing and new markets.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance market share through competitive pricing, innovative bundling, and value-driven sales propositions.
  • Ensure alignment of sales objectives with product development, marketing, customer service, and production functions.
Team Management & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global sales team, fostering professional growth and talent retention. The Vice President of Global Sales will have 4 direct reports, overseeing a global team of 12.
  • Oversee strategic and tactical deliverables through regular territory plan reviews and rigorous sales processes.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent the voice of the customer (VOC) by capturing insights from customer interactions, trade shows, and sales team feedback.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring terms are consistent and aligned with organizational goals.
Operational Excellence
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce.com and ERP systems to manage sales pipelines, track KPIs, and ensure timely customer deliveries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead generation, customer onboarding, and pricing transparency by segment.
  • Monitor sales results against forecasts, adjusting strategies to exceed targets and enhance overall efficiency.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORYou will bring strategic sales leadership experience with a proven track record of success in leading a globally dispersed team.Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must reside in North America.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field.
  • 10years of international business experience in a large, multi-product organization with a focus on disciplined commercial practices, ideally from within vending, convenience services or adjacent industries.
  • 5years of leadership experience managing global sales teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 50-70% and work effectively in virtual and remote environments.
