**Description**
Lead the development and execution of global sourcing strategies for all ingredients at Este Lauder Companies, managing a total spend $600-700 million annually across The Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Key subcategories include Fine Fragrances, Ferments, Colors, Naturals, Oleochemicals, Actives, and Silicones.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting and articulating the strategic vision for Ingredients
Procurement.
- Implementing procurement strategies and managing supplier
performance and strategic relationships.
- Overseeing organizational development in sourcing
competencies and skills.
- Managing supply risks, contracts, and negotiations.
- Lead an agile and cost effective global ingredients supply
network to drive added value through innovaton, agility, cost,
service and quality, business continuity and sustainability.
- Exploring technology and innovation opportunities while
optimizing end-to-end supply chain costs
- Develop strategies and execution plans to meet and exceed
corporate ESG goals, including Sensitive Supply Chains and Scope
3 emissions.
- Manage the annual budget process for Ingredients spend
This role involves collaboration with senior leaders in R&D, Brands, Supply
Chain, and Finance.
**Qualifications**
- Fifteen years along with ten years of international sourcing and
procurement experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage, FMCG, or
Packaging sectors.
- Ideally with successful packaging procurement experience in a global,
multi-brand, multi-channels environment, with high look and feel
quality befitting luxury brands.
- Successful track record of working closely with R&D, product
innovation, and supplier technology adaptation.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $210,150 - $359,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
