We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR function and align our people strategy with our business goals. The VP of HR will play a pivotal role in shaping our culture, driving organizational change, and building our employee experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies, including recruitment, training, and compensation, to support business objectives.
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and risk management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive company vision and ensure HR aligns with operational goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Lead the development of the performance management system to drive high performance and employee engagement.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and advice to management on how to address them effectively.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Lead HR initiatives related to culture-building, employee relations, and change management.
- Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company is always at the forefront of industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and influence key decision-makers.
- Expertise in labor and employment laws, both domestic and international (global HR experience is a plus).
- Experience with performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a focus on HR operational integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organization.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex employee relations issues.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR technology systems.
- Exceptional strategic, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
