The RoleThe Vice President, Advisory is a management role that reports to the Chief Operating Officer of Revantage Insurance & Alternative Solutions (“IAS”). IAS is experiencing significant growth and increasing sophistication as it enhances its capabilities to support Blackstone and their Portfolio companies. To continue this trajectory, the VP of Advisory will work with the Chief Operating Officer, IAS and Chief Risk Officer to drive the IAS strategy process and operationalize our strategic priorities. This position can be based out of Revantage's headquarters in Chicago, IL or our offices in Dallas, TX.
The VP will lead and manage a portfolio of key strategic projects, develop actionable plans on key cross-functional initiatives, and work in close collaboration with the rest of the IAS team to advance growth, scale, efficiency, continuous improvement, and service expansion. The VP will also create, in partnership with IAS leadership team, executive presentations, including messaging, advisory services, and materials to support Blackstone and portfolio company communications. Furthermore, the VP will coordinate efforts with ESG around climate resilience.
This position requires a natural leader who can develop relationships and trust both inside and outside the firm. The candidate must exemplify strong execution and change management skills, demonstrate strong people management abilities, and prioritize numerous competing requests while managing diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have subject matter expertise in P&C insurance, experience in financial services, consulting and/or real estate, people management skills, and a track record of leading large-scale programs.
