This role is in Pittsburgh PA. or Lake Mary Fl. (2 days in office required).
Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to this work location, as we are unable to accommodate 100% virtual work arrangements. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: - Drive assigned TSG Application teams end to end from initial request through design, build, test and deployment.
- Support various outreach engagements from the EC & SMEs for assigned applications as required.
- Direct and facilitate Monthly TSG Technology Transformation waves.
- Support Regulatory efforts by guiding TSG App Teams through the firm's PTx process while enforcing the creation and capture of all Audit and Regulatory required artifacts.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: - Excellent people skills and proven ability to rally disparate teams toward a common goal.
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills and an ability to identify the steps required in support of bringing a concept to life into an executable plan.
- Working infrastructure design, build and deploy experience.
- Understanding of Application Development concepts.
- Service Delivery expertise.
- Knowledge of BNY PtX processes, especially PtB & PtO is a huge plus.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred8-10 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
