CRUNCH FITNESS - Vice President, International OperationsWORK LOCATION: Remote position, with travel as required to Crunch corporate office(s) and/or field locations both international and domestic. YOUR IMPACTAs the VP, International Operations, you will play a high-impact role by directly supporting our international franchise partners outside of North America. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Crunch's international master franchisees and area developers, guiding them in establishing and running Crunch gyms successfully within their regions. This strategic role will drive collaboration across departments and involve regular communication with Crunch's executive team to ensure global alignment and growth. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Primary Partnership Liaison: - Serve as the main point of contact for Crunch international master franchisees and area developers outside of the US and Canada, ensuring a high level of support and engagement.
Coaching & Support: - Provide guidance and mentorship to international partners, helping them with all aspects of opening and operating Crunch gyms, tailored to the unique needs of their markets.
Resource Development & Organization: - Develop and organize critical resources, including operational manuals, design guides, sales and marketing materials, and other tools needed by international partners to meet Crunch's brand standards and operational expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with departments like Sales, Marketing, Design, and Operations to facilitate subject-matter expertise to support international partners, ensuring seamless integration of Crunch's brand and operational practices.
Training Coordination: - Coordinate and facilitate training programs for international partners, either in the US or their home countries, ensuring alignment with Crunch's standards and best practices.
Progress Reporting: - Provide regular updates to Crunch management on international partners' progress, identifying successes, challenges, and areas for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Significant experience in global operations in a multi-site organization preferred, with demonstrated success in high-growth or franchise-based environments.
- Strong leadership capabilities with growth potential and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and diverse markets.
- This role involves international travel at a frequency to be determined but is anticipated at least once per quarter.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and support partners at all levels.
