Employ financial models to develop solutions to financial problems. Work on client engagements and building out Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. Responsible for project management execution; presenting analyses and conclusions; acting as a professional on engagements; work on client deliverables; participating in diligence meetings; negotiating engagement documents; participate in business and financial due diligence sessions; participate in the valuation review process; preparing fee proposals to clients, building relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients.Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: Master s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, a closely related field, or a foreign equivalent, plus minimum of 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or any finance-related job titles. Experience must include: (1) financial services and audit; (2) financial diligence and analytics; (3) accounting, intangible asset valuation, and applied financial theory, and (4) modeling in Excel (VBA/Macros), PowerPoint, and database systems. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required. Salary RangeHoulihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:$174,000.00-$180,000.00Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as the service line and location where this position may be filled.
