MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced and talented individual to serve as one of its Vice Presidents (VP) who will assist the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with planning, coordinating, and overseeing performance of the company's federal government contracts. Working collaboratively with the COO and other senior executive management, the VP will help to ensure development and implementation of the highest quality and efficient operations and systems in business development efforts and the performance of its federal contracts. Qualified candidates must have a history of exceptional experience in the federal government contracts industry, understanding of performance of federal government contracts, business acumen and management skills required in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of the principles, procedures, laws, regulations, policies and best practices in the government contracts industry.
