This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of innovative credit product structuring and development, working on a diverse range of transactions and platforms. Job Description: As a Credit Structuring Product Development Vice President for the Credit Structuring team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing structured credit solutions, enhancing our issuance platforms, and collaborating with Sales and clients to elevate investor understanding and utilization of our credit platform capabilities. Your key focus will be on developing tailored credit solutions for the US insurance market, addressing the specific needs and regulatory requirements of insurance clients, as well as engaging with sophisticated credit hedge funds to deliver bespoke investment strategies. Job Responsibilities: Develop infrastructure and technology solutions to provide scalable products and solutions within the credit ecosystem, ensuring efficiency and innovation in product delivery. Lead the structuring and execution of complex credit products, including structured credit notes, swaps, and derivatives. Develop and manage new issuance platforms and structured issuance programs, with a particular emphasis on solutions for the US insurance sector. Engage with clients and internal teams on Bond TRS and other innovative credit products, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of insurance clients and sophisticated credit hedge funds. Collaborate with Sales and clients to design and implement credit solutions that meet the unique investment criteria and regulatory standards of US insurance companies and hedge funds. Interact with sophisticated credit hedge funds to understand their investment strategies and tailor credit products that align with their risk-return profiles. Produce impactful written notes and presentations to communicate market insights and product strategies to clients and internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Strong background in structured products, general derivatives, and credit derivatives. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. Proficiency in programming (particularly Python) and statistical methods, with strong analytical and quantitative skills. Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Aptitude for problem-solving and a proactive approach to driving transactions to completion. Experience with repackagings and an understanding of risk premia strategies. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
