Your Mission Are you a sales leader with a proven track record of hiring, scaling, and leading elite Enterprise Sales teams? This is your opportunity to take full ownership of leading a sales team within the industry leader for agentic and robotic automation! What you'll do at UiPath Lead and inspire a team of 7-10 enterprise sales executives, taking ownership of the sales targets for your assigned region Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company sales goals, accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets Coach and motivate your team to build and grow their territories, fostering a culture of sales excellence and psychological safety Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Value Engineering, Customer Success, Product, etc.) to create a flawless customer experience Manage key customer relationships, participating in closing strategic opportunities and engaging with C-level executives Drive consistent implementation of sales processes, pipeline management, and performance metrics Represent the voice of clients and prospects, shaping UiPath's product development strategy What you'll bring to the team 5+ years of experience building and managing successful Enterprise sales teams in the enterprise software industry Proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies and scaling high-performing sales functions in fast-growing environments Outstanding leadership capabilities, with a focus on hiring, developing, and motivating talented individuals Demonstrable experience in building and managing executive-level relationships, both internally and externally Deep understanding of SaaS/Cloud Go-To-Market strategies and effective customer engagement Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus) willingness to travel up to 50% of the time #LI-LM2
