MITER Brands also known as Milgard, MI Windows & Doors and PGT Innovations, is one of the nation's largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country. We are looking for a Vice President Marketing & Communications. In this role, you will be accountable for leading a team to develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate the company's identity, enhance customer engagement, enable sales growth, expand market share, and meet or beat company financial targets. This is a new position being added to support business growth and will serve as a key member of theCommercial leadership team. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in brand, channel, and product marketing.Pay Range: 172k - 215k, depending on experienceDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the organization toward its VISION of building the most valued window and door brand in America
- Create, lead, and evolve the brand strategy for the organization's entire portfolio of brands, including defining brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Manage, develop, and inspire a team responsible for category-leading content, product, and brand marketing experiences
- Collaborate with other leaders and teams in the Marketing organization:
- Insights and Analytics: to deepen understanding of our customers, channels, and markets
- Product Management: to maximize product launches and amplify new product sales
- Digital and Marketing Operations: to increase impressions and drive growth
- Creative Services: to ensure the development of stand-out campaigns and resources
- Training and Education: to increase engagement and enhance brand affinity
- Work closely with Sales and Services leaders to create tools and resources that highlight and leverage the value-added benefits of MITER Brands
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's various brand marketing and communications budgets
- Ensure that brand messaging is effectively integrated across all channels in a customer-centric manner
- Identify and initiate partnerships, collaborations, or sponsorships that enhance the brand's visibility and reputation
- Create clear and compelling communications with that inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Track metrics and KPIs to measure the success of individual marketing campaigns
- Report and present the results of marketing plans to other high-level executives and cross-functional teams within the company
- Ensure that marketing strategies and brand initiatives align with the overall goals and vision of the company
- Leverage relevant KPIs to protect and enhance the company's brand reputation and its continued evolution
- Be responsive and flexible to the competitive environment and emerging opportunities
- Stay on top of the latest marketing research, brand tactics, and industry trends
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, strategy development, and campaign execution
- 3+ years managing a national or global brand

- Strategic planning and the ability to develop sound marketing messages that deliver results
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
