About the Role:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President Marketing at Sojos Capital located in Indianapolis, IN. As the Vice President Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing market planning, market research, marketing management, marketing, and public relations strategies and initiatives on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity while maintaining unique brand positioning.
- Lead the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media, email marketing, public relations, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer data to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Track and measure key marketing metrics, such as brand awareness, customer acquisition cost, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies, and continuously explore new and innovative ways to engage customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in multi-brand marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving brand growth and achieving marketing objectives.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with data-driven decision making and marketing analytics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This is an onsite position located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
