Duties/Responsibilities

MPR is seeking a dynamic and effective executive leader to join our leadership team with primary responsibility for our business in the development and deployment of advanced nuclear energy technology.

The Vice-President responsibilities include:

  • Lead the team responsible for managing MPR's new nuclear energy business.
  • Set and promulgate direction and strategy for the new nuclear energy business.
  • Build and maintain executive level relationships with clients and partners.
  • Direct commercial activities and manage risk across the new nuclear energy business.
  • Define and sponsor investment activities needed to support the new nuclear energy business.
  • Support the professional development of MPR personnel engaged in our new nuclear energy business.
  • Participate as a member of the MPR Leadership Team.
Travel

As required by business and project needs. Estimated to average about 20%-25%.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Education
  • BS in an Engineering discipline preferred.
Skills and Experience
  • 20+ years experience in the nuclear energy industry.
  • Proven track record demonstrating initiative and achievement.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow teams.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
