Summary
The Vice-President of Business Development (“VPBD”) will facilitate all aspects of procuring new business, growing existing business and ensuring that the experience with our customers is enjoyable. The VPBD will be responsible for developing the company's sales policies, programs, and systems to support strategic direction and alignment with organizational objectives. Under the supervision of the President, the VPBD's primary focus will be on the overall sales strategy, including market penetration, building a high-performing sales organization, designing an effective incentive structure, implementing systems and processes, and driving revenue growth. The VPBD will also be responsible for creating strategies and executing activities related to conceptualizing and implementing sales strategy, finding and filling sales channels, developing and achieving sales targets, and overseeing the sales team members' daily business and development.
