Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and strategize business development initiatives for global airlines, providing executive-level support to the President while overseeing all business development efforts.
  • Create and implement a winning business strategy for enterprise growth, targeting new opportunities both domestically and internationally to expand our reach.
  • Take charge of identifying and closing new business opportunities, steering the sales process from start to finish, and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Guide and inspire the Reunitus team in crafting compelling, high-quality proposals and responses to RFPs that exceed expectations.
  • Maximize marketing efforts by collaborating with our marketing team to design highly targeted and impactful campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
  • Negotiate and secure strategic contracts with airlines and other partners, creating win-win agreements that drive long-term success.
  • Be a thought leader and industry expert, consistently showcasing innovative solutions tailored to the needs of our target companies and markets.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver solution demonstrations that align with prospects' unique challenges and business objectives.
  • Expand our global footprint by activating and growing strategic channel partnerships that drive additional revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on critical business initiatives, including forecasting, account planning, sales strategy, and team development, to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Build and nurture a powerful professional network, opening doors to valuable insights, leads, and new business opportunities across the industry.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of global business development experience, with a proven track record of closing sales for SaaS solutions and Managed Services, primarily targeting senior executives within large, multi-layered organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals, for large global enterprise accounts.
  • Track record of building and nurturing strategic partnerships across diverse teams, demonstrating credibility and influencing senior leaders to drive business success.
  • Expert in leveraging internal resources to enhance brand visibility, support sales cycles, and close high-value deals.
  • Creative problem-solver: Skilled at understanding and overcoming objections, turning skeptics into enthusiastic, loyal customers.
  • Experience managing high-profile relationships, particularly with Fortune 500 companies, ensuring long-term value and growth.
  • Curiosity and analytical mindset: Able to think critically, collaborate effectively, and continuously seek ways to improve business outcomes.
  • Proven history of exceeding quotas and revenue targets, showcasing consistent high performance.
  • Flexibility to travel, both domestically and internationally, to meet client and business needs.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree or additional certifications are a plus.
